1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Cristal Shop (accessible via cristalshop.store and affiliated domains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms applicable to specific services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

2. User Accounts & Wallet Security

To utilize certain features, including saving item wishlists, submitting price negotiation offers, or managing store credit balances, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including account passwords and authentication tokens. Any transactions executed through your verified account will be deemed authorized by you. Cristal Shop is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

3. Product Listings & Authenticity Guarantee

Cristal Shop specializes in authentic luxury jewelry, certified gemstone pieces, and high-tier consumer electronics. We warrant that all items sold on our storefront are 100% genuine and sourced directly through authorized distributors or vetted craftsmen.

While we strive for absolute accuracy in item photography, carat weights, and technical specifications, minor color variances may occur across different computer displays. All gemstone descriptions and purity grades adhere to international gemological standards.

4. Price Negotiations & "Make an Offer" Rules

Eligible storefront products feature a "Negotiate Price / Make an Offer" option. When you submit a custom price proposal:

• Your offer constitutes a formal expression of intent to purchase the product at the offered price.
• Offers may be accepted, countered with an alternative price, or declined by our sales desk.
• Once an offer is marked as Accepted, a 48-hour exclusive checkout reservation is created at the negotiated price. If checkout is not finalized within 48 hours, the offer expires and regular listing price applies.
• Submitting bad-faith, non-genuine, or spam offers repeatedly may result in temporary or permanent restriction of negotiation privileges.

5. Orders & Payment Processing

All prices are denominated in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise explicitly specified. Applicable shipping charges and estimated sales taxes are calculated transparently during checkout prior to final order submission.

We accept major electronic payment methods and store credit balances. For high-value jewelry and specialty orders, manual transaction verification (such as receipt or confirmation hash review) may be applied by our compliance desk to safeguard against payment fraud.

6. Shipping & Insured Delivery

All packages dispatched by Cristal Shop are fully insured against loss or transit damage until verified delivery at the customer's designated address. A tracking code is automatically provided upon courier pickup.

International customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations, tariffs, or import duties that may be assessed by authorities in the destination country.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Customers may request an inspection return or exchange within 30 days of confirmed parcel delivery, provided the item remains in original, unworn condition with all authenticity certificates and security tags intact.

Custom-engraved jewelry, custom-sized bands, and bespoke commissioned pieces are final sale and non-refundable unless verified defective upon delivery.

8. Customer Resale Portal Terms

Cristal Shop offers a customer secondary resale feature. Customers may list previously purchased and delivered authentic products back onto the storefront directly from their account dashboard.

Arbitrary external merchandise not originating from Cristal Shop cannot be listed. When a resold product is bought by another client, proceeds are credited to the seller's account balance following quality confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Cristal Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our storefront, delays in transit beyond our reasonable control, or courier disruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order placed on this platform shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.
